The focus was on creating intuitive tools for search, navigation, and discovery across thousands of SKUs. Intelligent filters, dynamic search tiers, and multiple browsing paths accommodated users with varying expertise, making it easier to find, refine, and repurchase products. Intelligent recommendations and curated collections, based on behavior and purchase history, streamlined repeat buying, and highlighted relevant items. These collections became essential tools for both customers and sales teams, organized by project, department, or site for faster reordering and better collaboration.

By integrating corporate and individual sales data, Grainger’s reps gained a clearer view of customer activity, enabling proactive service, timely reorders, and more personalized recommendations. This platform bridged physical legacy with digital innovation, simplifying complex workflows and setting a new standard for industrial e-commerce.
