Still anxiously awaiting an Apple iPhone? Well, the biouvac has been using a Sony P910a running Tracker 4 and osxp.net's P910 OSX skin. This combination is perhaps the best way to approximate what a future Apple iPhone might look like...that is if the company ever choose to produce one. Beyond providing a mere aesthetic skin, the osxp offering provides OSX touchpoints that logically map to the P910a's functionality. For example, clicking on the iTunes icon launches the P910's music player. Clicking on the iPhoto icon launches the image browser. It's not perfect, but with some tailoring of the extensive Tracker 4 customization settings, the P910's interface looks as good as its physical skin.
